| The Mark Province of Staffordshire and Shropshire held their away week end with their Ladies on 6-8 October at the Sheraton Hotel, Blackpool with a Gala Dinner on the Friday evening. |
| The Provincial Grand Master of the Province, Rt W. Bro. Kevin Spencer, invited Rt W. Bro Keith Beardmore and his wife June to join himself and his wife Marie to the Gala dinner where a wonderful evening was enjoyed by all present. |
| A charity raffle was held on the evening which raised £400. Rt W. Bro. Spencer generously donated £200 of this to a West Lancashire Charity, to be chosen by our own Provincial Grand Master. |
| The donation will be forwarded to Bryan House Children’s Hospice. Rt. W. Bro. Keith thanks Rt W. Bro Kevin for his generosity. Although Friday’s weather was most inclement Saturday and Sunday unfolded to glorious sunny days for the Staffs and Shropshire party to enjoy their visit to the Fylde Coast. |
